JPNS-III Belt sway switch is a new technology product which combined both mechanical and electronics. The patent number is ZL2013206644198.8. .It can effectively protect the equipment and people's safety and avoid the extension of the accident to ensure the production, and protect the equipment. Also the signal can reach the controlling system to realize the factory automatic control. So to reach the purpose of reduce the employee and increase the efficiency. Concentrating the controlling and make benefit to the production and arranging.
Application
It widely used on grease, fodder, flour,starch, grain and food processing industry which need belt elevator equipments.
Working principlejpns-ii-g type no contact sway belt switch is installed on the both sides of the walls of the elevators.when we installit, we should pay attention that the distance between damper and belt should be set over the safety distance(the distance can be adjusted,it is determined by the user and it is based on the rational sway scope of the carft documents agreement).
when the belt goes outward, it will fricted on the damper and the damper will be sent to the adjustment bar, the bar will take action on the senor and the sensor will give out the alamring signals.
Installation introduction
1.When switch is installed, the equipment wall should be made 4 φ7mm holes in order to fix the switch.2.when we install the switch , we should choose the head or the end of the elevators. reference to the company craft request, we should consider the effective distance and push force between the belt and the damper. this distance should be adjusted according to real condition.(see installation diagram).3.We can adjust the distance between damper and belt through the distance between "adjustment bar" and the sensor.
